ABOUT USY GesherUSY Gesher (formerly Kadima) is USY's, USCJ"s youth movement, program for pre-teens. To many Jewish middle school aged kids, however, it means so much more. Kids in USY Gesher gain a foundation in the basics of Jewish life and are given the chance to make lots of Jewish friends. USY Gesher is a lot like USY, but for middle school students. Most USY Chapters also have USY Gesher programs similar to those of their USY chapters. Also, each year there is a regional convention just for USY Gesher. USY Gesheris a great chance for young Jewish kids to learn about Judaism, but it is also a great place to have a good time and make new friends.
